dc.description.abstractIn the current reality of the market, where fierce competitiveness strives for innovation, cost reduction, process improvement and increased profitability we have to find ways of continuous improvement is essential, the involvement of all. In this perspective we have the figure of the leader not only the role of activities of the delegation, but to interact, participate, get involved in the process and consequently in human behavior. The human potential to be worked, and the internal environment to maintain the staff always informed as a factor of motivation, participation and multiplication.
