Abstract

The following work aims to present the project plan created for the development of a software to control initiatives and activities of corporate social responsibility in the ASP company. ASP supports and sponsors dozens of social initiatives every year. In this way, it is necessary to have an organized system, containing information on all the activities done. In the same way, it is expected a greater adhesion of volunteers to the activities carried out. Therefore, it is expected that the software will have a user-friendly graphical interface and bring the concept of gamification, in order to stimulate company employees to participate in the initiatives.
