dc.description.abstract | This article’s main goal is analyze the customers behavior Abastecedora Ipiranga, a gas station located in Sananduva, state of Rio Grande do Sul. For data collection was carried out a survey of the application of 340 questionnaires to consumers in the period of 18 th to 29th August 2016. This study proved that most customers of the gas station is male between 26 to 35 years old, married with children and lives in the urban area of the city. Most customers supplies weekly uses leaded gasoline, pays in cash and highlights the service team as a main item in a gas station. It was also posssible to identify the consumer goes to the convenience store, but consumes very little. Thus, it is suggested to conduct research with the convenience store’s consumers to review the mix of products offered and also training employees to stimulate their profile sellers. Finally, it’s proposed to continue with dedication and respect for consumers, because the results were positive, being highlighted among customers good service provided by the gas station. | en |
