Qualidade em uso: o sistema de informações da segurança social de Moçambique (SISSMO) na modernização e informatização do Instituto Nacional de Segurança Social Moçambique (INSS-MZ)

Abstract

To use the best practices in their software processes, this is the biggest challenge nowadays in the companies which are seeking to evolve, improving their performance in process and increasing the quality of their solutions, products and services. This work approaches the software product quality, the evolution of software quality, emphasize the in-use quality, presents and details through a case study of the Social Security Information System of Mozambique (SISSMO) as an example of in-use software product quality, highlighting it as being the fundamental piece of the modernization and computerization of the National Institute of Social Security Mozambique (INSS-MZ), approaching as well its development, day to day working improvements on every user of SISSMO product, evolutions, benefits, obstacles and presenting improvement proposals.
