dc.description.abstract | This is a qualitative study that addresses the issue of Strategic Design, with emphasis on meta-project phase, trying to associate it in the field of commercial architecture, as an approximation of the client with the architectural design. The motivation is related to a proposed approach to complexity that needs to be managed by architects throughout the processes of projects of this nature. These processes dense and full of uncertainties suggest a greater appreciation of tools that deepen
their knowledge regarding all design variables before architectural solutions, making it better able to manage them creatively into the project itself. As a working method to report a studies case of application of meta-project in a real project conducted by an
architectural firm. As a final result an interaction platform between client and architect was created, as a procedural route of co-creation of projective guidelines. At the end of the analysis, we conclude that it is really favorable to use this approach, since it represents a better outcome of the project. The result of using a platform that also
considers the potential for innovation of this methodology, the closer relationship among members of a multidisciplinary project team and a differentiated consumer experience of architectural designs. | en |
