dc.description.abstractThis is an exploratory, descriptive quantitative and qualitative, conducted in CAPS ad III, through documental analysis of secondary data, whose main objective was to characterize the profile of users who rejoined the remaining 24 hours of CAPS ad III in order to propose indicators for evaluation of therapy. Regarding the profile, most are male (86%), mean age 41, white (39%), single (61%), with incomplete basic education (57%), polydrug users ( 68%) and not develop labor activity (46%). The study also found that 61% of users have residence and 39% are in the streets. The variable diagnosis, the predominant mood disorders (38%) and hypertension (29%). Regarding the evening reception, the number of days in the stay occurred between 11 and 14 days, 55% of users had high improved, 34% requested the high demand, 6% and 5% were transferred escaped. Patients who stay for longer are on average 13 days and are highly improved, avoidance usually occurs around the 7th day and return to service after discharge is given within three days. The findings supported the preparation of an evaluation matrix and a score of predisposition to re-enter the night host. It is expected that the study will contribute to the process of reflection on the need for actions for monitoring and evaluation in mental health.en
