Description
The article presents the current process of a work or reform a philanthropic hospital in Porto Alegre, as well as provide suggestions for improvement in this process in order to optimize the available financial resources. For this were used project management concepts, budget management and negotiation. From a series of interviews with staff of the institution as well as analysis of documents and participant observation, was possible to presents some suggestions that will optimize the financial resources of the institution. Basically, the suggestions go through greater integration between areas, standardization of items and more planning to start the work or reform in the Hospital.
