Description
The present work aimed to propose a management model for the PPCPM sector of the Salbego Pharmaceutical Laboratory, contemplating the business processes, organizational structure, tools/information technology and performance indicators dimensions. The data collection was gathered based on the observation of the processes of production scheduling usually employed by the company, analysis of reports related to the subject and surveying relevant information to the theme together the sectors involved responsible. The data analysis was accomplished using the Business Process Engineering, a methodology widely used to map organizations areas, which intend to improve operational productivity, using for that the redesign of critical and support business processes. The proposed implementation of PPCPM sector included the redesign of the sector intrinsic processes and the processes with a high level of inter-relationship, like Sales, Supply and Production areas, as well as full details of the post/functions, tools and information technologies, beyond the performance indicators inherent to these processes. The PPCPM sector process were detailed, in order to make them more functional, to increase the sector efficiency. The organizational structure change and the PPCPM sector formatation, besides the use of deployed ERP software resources and the specific performance indicators implementation were suggested.
