Abstract

This work objective is to present the Project Plan to improve the current process of product changes. Product engineering and Quality Assurance will be leading the project with the aim to centralize the change requests, the analysis and to keep a updated database of the products. The project is also aligned with the company strategy of continuous improvement and processes optimization. This Plan uses PMBOK’s best practices (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communications, Risk, and Procurement) as basis for the project.
