Description
This Project Plan focuses on the implementation of a second landing and takeoff runway at Canoas Air Base (BACO). The project is of strategic importance to Rio Grande do Sul, in particular for the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre, in order to enable the construction of a new airport for the region or, perhaps, doubling the Salgado Filho airport. For a better basis to the product intended to be submitted, the best practices suggested by the Project Management Institute (PMI) through the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) - 4th edition were adopted. In this way, the present assignment contains the management plans of integration, scope, time, costs, quality, resources, communications, risks and acquirements.
