dc.description.abstract | The business model canvas is a visual map developed to help in the proposal's identification of business’ value. It is the graphic representation of the company’s key-processes and shows how it will attend the clients’ needs and wishes, how it will obtain profit and how it will keep in the market in a healthy way, over a certain time. Development: The proposal for this work was the simulation of the creation of a New Business Model, in an existent company, in the Health Continued Education’s branch. The New Model concerned would be an online class platform directed to professionals at the health trade, on a e-learning concept. Conclusion: To accomplish this study enabled the observation that if the business is still in the ideas and experimentations field, the use of this model facilitates to think in a more organized way, as well as rethink or reformulate business already ongoing. | en |
