Abstract

This final paper has as main objective to present a Project Plan to get the Regime of Customs Clearance Express of Facilitation in Customs in the Foreign Trade Operation named Linha Azul. The project is aligned with the Company strategy, allowing to reduce costs and also to get better control in the operations of foreign trade of the company. This final paper shows the Project Management Planning covering the best practices of project management mentioned in the PMBOK Guide, pointing out the management integration, scope, time, costs, quality, human resources, communications, risks and procurement.
