Description
This work aims to present a project plan to roll out a company of men aesthetic services, which business plan was done previously indicating the viability of the business. This document includes the project management plan containing the plans of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, people, communications, risk and procurement and contracts necessary to the practice of project management. The development of the plans of this project was based on best practices in project management process widespread in the Project Management Body of Knowledge, published by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
