Description
This work aims to present the project plan to build a 190m long pier and an area of
8.152,60m², located in the Rio Grande Shipyard 2 - ERG 2, in the city of Rio Grande - RS.
The Rio Grande Shipyard 2 is designed to meet the construction of 8 FPSO platforms
(Floanting, Production, Storage and Offloanding) and 3 drill ships, called Drillships. The
work presented below details the management plan of the construction project of a pier as good project management practices addressed in the PMBOK Guide, containing management plans of integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk , procurement and stakeholders.
