Description
This paper aims to present the improvement project plan in the acquisitions, inventory control and sales processes of spare parts in commerce store Auto Peças Pagno, located in Vacaria, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Based on the requirements demonstrated by the company’s partners, this project plan presents the assumptions of good practices of PMBOK Guide, approaching the management of the following plans: costs, scope, time, quality, acquisitions, resources, communications, integration and risks.
