dc.description.abstract | This thesis entitled Teacher Training in Digital Technologies Dialogue with Public Policies in the State of Paraná has the research problem to investigate how the proposed continuing education of teachers of Paraná State Network in Digital Technologies (DT), dialogue with the political state and federal government. The research problem derived the following questions: What are the federal and state public policies related to teacher training in DT, in education? What are the continuing education courses for teachers in DT offered by the State Network of Paraná? The overall objective is to understand how the proposed continuing education of teachers of Paraná State Network in DT, which are offered, dialogue with federal and state public policies. As for the approach it is a quantitative and qualitative research, exploratory in nature. As regards the methodology is a bibliographical and documentary research used as an investigative tool to document analysis, with documents produced by MEC, SEED, SEED / PR, statistical tables, reports, laws, projects, SEED work plans, National Curriculum Guidelines and state, among others. The concepts of Education, Development and Technologies rely on Freire's studies (1993), Giroux (1997), Vieira Pinto (2005), Alarcão (2001), Orso (2001, 2007, 2012), Schlemmer; Lopes; Adams (2014) and Castells (1999); the concepts of Continuing Teacher Training in Digital Technologies in Romaniowski (2010), Martins (2010); Schlemmer (2010, 2011), Almeida (1997, 2001, 2004, 2011, 2013) and Cunha (2013, 2014), and instrumentation concepts and instrumentalization in Rabardel (1995). The research result shows that the federal public policies, continuing education dialogue in their proposals and implementations, there is a very close match in all actions with the public policy of the state of Paraná network. The survey also showed that continuing education offerings in digital technologies, by the network state of Paraná, have the predominance courses and workshops, and what your goals are predominantly for instrumentation, aimed at professional look from the perspective of "use" certain digital technologies. | en |
