Conditions of inappropriate work , pressure targets , threats of managers are factors that affect the health of workers in bank branches . This sector every year hires fewer people and outsource many functions that were previously occupied by employees. Propose improvements in financial institutions , which worsens year after year, is the goal of this study , in which we used a tool of participatory ergonomics call Deparis method that analyzes various environments and situations in the workplace with the participation and suggestions for improvement of own employees. The eighteen cases examined , five were of moderate risk , where it requires little routine performances and training to improve the work environment. Already four others were more relevant and obtained a serious risk analysis, are situations of extreme daily stress related to the pressures for abusive targets environments that affect the job security of employees, many report psychological disorders , insomnia and gastrointestinal problems. By Deparis method was possible to improve the work process , it was held more frequent meetings and constant training to suit the daily demand with the workday. Suggest up studies and ergonomics of the application participating not only in the banking sector, but in all areas of economic activity where you have tight deadlines and constant pressures.en
