In order to minimize the likelihood of accidents during operation or during interventions for maintenance, there was a risk analysis, using qualitative and quantitative methodology to identify hazards and propose improvements that provide less likely to accidents, in order to attend the regulatory standard NR -12, thus ensuring the safety and health of workers.
