dc.description.abstract | This work has, as purpose, the description of how the practice of business analysis allows assistance in the restruction of an organization, evidencing the role of the business analyst and their approached practices during the implementation of enhancements in the sectors of the hospital HPF, that is undergoing restruction of processes due to the introduction of a new hospital management system. Moreover, it also evidences the concepts of business analysis based on practices recommended by the guide BABOK 3.0. A case study was conduced, that functions as an analysis model, which describes in detail the applied activities and techniques for the implementation of enhancements in the hospital context. Thus evidencing that an improvement can be promoted by the restruction of a process or even by automation through technology, as long as the business analyst knows how to conduct the available resources so that the enhancements are adhered in accordance to the hospital needs. | en |
