dc.description.abstractThe research means to understand the contextuality of the Vocational Course in Hardware‟s offer, a socio-educational project developed by Institute Lenon Joel for the Peace, a Non Governmental Organization in São Leopoldo city (RS State). In this way, it has investigated how assigned senses to the project socio-educational from youth participators, institution and responsible social educator of the project happens on the conception of this offer and if there are relations between attributed meaning and youth emancipator formation. It has used, as a theoretical and methodological basement, the Merleau-Ponty's Phenomenology, articulated to the Paulo Freire's critical and problematizing thought, looking for not only to describe and to understand the phenomenon, but also to problematize its micro and macro contextual dimension. Also addressing the issue of pedagogical and educational mediations from the thought cultural historical partner of Lev Vygotsky Seminovich, the study is intended as a basis for the work of this and other NGOs. As mean result, it alerts to the need for better reflection on the work realized, searching to strengthen a organizational ethos that can consolidated the work of the Institute Lenon Joel for the Peace to point of transposing the limits imposed by needs of funds and garanties of the expansion of the emancipators aspects, creating projects from the demands and community interests.en
