Construção de cenários: processo para potencializar a mobilização da sociedade civil por políticas públicas

Abstract

To conceive this work, we start with the choice of axis of Social Innovation research on Strategic Design. We focus attention on scenario-building processes. The theoretical elaboration considers the perspective of the strategic approach in the design of processes and design capabilities to create social innovation projects. The start up researches and the concepts developed by Ezio Manzini were fundamental. Glimpsing the approach to the issues of social and environmental development, we consider the need to deepen the knowledge about the working practices of civil society organizations committed to empowering it to influence public policies. We researched how these can be benefited from building design scenarios and how the tool can contribute to the deepening of their strategic thinking. Our goal is to analyze the Civil Society 2023 scenarios from the perspective of the strategic design and its relation to the DOS scenarios. We try to understand the tool's contributi on to the strategic organization of civil society in public policy proposition. Therefore, this qualitative work focuses on the investigation of the possibility of civil society organizations in absorbing the practices of scenarios and transform this breakthrough technology tool into the conduct of their strategies.
