| dc.description.abstract | This thesis examines the construction of an interactive device indicative of a singular experience which is inserted in the complex scenario of relational dynamics between media and society that can provide elements to the questioning of communication phenomena deriving from the mediatization process. This is about the experience of interaction between a television channel – the Canal Futura – and entities of communitarian action. The specific interactional processes of each participant develop according to very different logics; and there are no practical references about the ways to interact, which leads to attempts tactics and the interactional experimentation to the generation of permanent devices. About this concrete situation, the thesis aims to study the processualities triggered around the implementation of the project Maleta Futura: actions that integrates the strategies of the Canal Futura for the distribution of its contents and those of its partners, with the social groups of communitary performance -in the investigated case, the TV OVO and the Grupo Ecológico Guardiões da Vida, two NGOs from Rio Grande do Sul of strong communitary presence, headquartered in the cities of Santa Maria and Passo Fundo, respectively. This is an empirical research of qualitative approach which used a set of theoretical and methodological procedures at the analysis of specific aspects from the study object and transversal aspects that allow us to infersuch interaction process in the context of mediatization. Such procedures involve bibliographic and documentary research, observation, interviews and analysis of mediatics documents. During the procedurals analysis, it was found that different strategies and operations cause affectations by either side, generating unanticipated communicational circuits and putting into circulation new codes in the framework of communicative interactions established between the participating agents in daily social practices and mediatic. | en |
