dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study is to evaluate the process of generation of social innovation and results generated in the productive life of beneficiaries and walked microcredit . The studies were carried out in the Community Credit Institution Partnership Porto Alegre (PORTOSOL) . The literature points to social innovation as new ways of doing things , with your goal to change . Looking for innovation not only as a product or service , but as a process comprised of several stages . To achieve the objectives of this study , exploratory qualitative research was conducted through interviews with beneficiaries and managers of credit authority , and direct observation . This study recognized the innovation in microfinance helping to generate results in the lives of beneficiaries , such as : Empowerment , financial results and significant improvement in quality of life . Regarding process , it was observed , among other things, the generated result is a new product or service. However , a new structure will need to be created or modified to meet the demand generated . This new structure acquires dynamic character , susceptible
to constant modifications to suit their purposes . | en |
