dc.description.abstractIn a scenario of constant changes, the organizations competitiveness depends on the face capacity. So, the process and the methodologies of organizational changing are very important. In the same direction, this work proposes one Attempt Method of Changes in Productive Systems. The development of Attempt Method was made by the union of concepts of Theory of Constraints’ thinking process and the practical interventions in a adhesive industry. The creation, the validation, the formalization and the applications possibilities in future works of the Attempt Method were described in this work.en
