Governo eletrônico: uma proposta para o provimento de recursos da tecnologia da informação e comunicação em prefeituras

Abstract

This study contents a proposal for resource provision to the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in city halls through the relationship between Government to Government (G2G) of Electronic Government (E-Gov). For that, initially, it was attempted in the literature review to insert in the precursors themes and concepts for the implementation of E-Gov programs and Public Management (PM) practices evolution, thru the ICT presentation. This work was conducted as a case study in the Companhia de Processamento de Dados do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (PROCERGS) in two phases: one phase was explorable, focused in the company and in information research to construct an instrument of data collecting; and the other was a describing phase, characterized by the overview of the situation of the ICT in the State's city halls (31), through a survey form.
