Abstract

Attested the negative social-economic hegemonic model‟s perspective in force, the thesis aims to examine the possibility of labor rights, as Human Rights, to guide a world community of values in a economic globalization era. Based on the universality of Human Social Rights and its asymmetrical distribution in the world, the possibility of reconciliation between labor rights and the contemporary capitalist system matter to the a semantic construction of universalible values, able to form an international community without outside human.
