Due to the increasing in economic change that has occurred in recent years, worldwide companies have to live with an intense and bitter global market competition. Many of them believed that one way of searching of competitive advantage would be sufficient only with the introduction of some initiatives that would bring productivity and quality growth. Some progress happened, leading companies only to a stage of survival, but not always the desired growth. Many managers, hoping to solve their problems of competitiveness, tried to join the new management in an impulsive way, often without planning and knowledge of the reality of their own companies.
