This work is inserted in the forecasting computational modeling for electrical power systems area. The modern society has a great dependency of electrical power, since the current technology uses this type of energy to many ends. This fact justifies the studies in that area to bettering or make easy to work with this type systems. Currently there are many studies in this áreas that broaches all the fields of electrical power. An important part of the process of production, transmission and distribution of electrical energy is the planning, that between others factors is strongly based in a load forecasting. This load forecasting should be reliable, and to have a high accuracy, because since that forecast important decisions are maked in technical and economical ambit of electrical system enterprises.
