This document describes the development of a project with the objective of presenting a proposal for the automation of the preparation and packing process of synthetic fiber pucks using the eCOBRA 600 and VIPER 850 robots. The final product is intended to be implemented in a production line, in order to prevent the workers who currently work at the line from suffering health consequences due to the repetitive movements they must make when organizing this material and also increase the productivity of the company. It should be noted that this project’s scope was the implementation of the proposal in a simulation environment. The design and synthesis of the product worked on the evolution from the current products on the market and on those reported in the scientific literature on devices used in supply chains to apply them to the eCobra 600 and Viper 850 robots. The methodology used in this project was field or laboratory type, which is applied to understand and solve a situation, need, or problem in a given context [1]. In this case, only the simulation and evaluation stages were reached in a controlled environment. The proposed application delivered positive results since it increased productivity by increasing the number of pucks that were collected per minute and the number of boxes that came out per minute as well, since the eCobra robot increased productivity by 74.15% and the Viper robot by 86.75%, which shows that it is beneficial for the company to have this application since it can increase its profitability and take care of the health of workers by not performing repetitive tasks.
