This thesis analyzes the potential risks caused by the fragmentation of international law, a result of the constant development of different international systems that vary widely and are independent of one another, which are forced to coexist and are implemented dissimilarly. This phenomenon has given rise to numerous consequences internationally as well as important legal repercussions worsened by the creation of laws and the complex nature of these, as they are relatively autonomous specialized legal systems or fields of law. By focusing on the existing tensions between the fragmentation and harmony within international law in accordance with the case of Lhaka Honhat vs. Argentina, this thesis will unravel the asymmetries among the rights of indigenous people, environmental law, and international human rights law. Accordingly searching for the root of this problem within the framework of the above case (including the imperfections of internal laws) in order to discover how the Inter-American Court of Human Rights through legal proceedings arrives at a harmonizing result, that can be used as formulas for integration that consequently allow a greater quantity of resolutions of international conflicts.as formulas that lead to integration and therefore allow a greater development of international conflicts.
