| dc.description | Autistic disorder remains as a disorder of unknown aetiology
, with heterogeneous
manifestations related to three main diagnostic groups: alterations in social behaviours,
alterations in language and communications, and behavioural patterns, interactions or
activities that are restricted and stereotyped. Its course is chronic, but with its own
characteristic evolutive and fluctuating special features that eventually change with
development.

review of current researches that try to summarize its syntomatic
dispersion, course and prognosis is made. Finally

El trastorno autista es un trastorno de etiología desconocida, con manifestaciones
heterogéneas en torno a tres grandes categorías diagnósticas: alteraciones en la interacción
social, alteraciones en el lenguaje y la comunicación y patrones de comportamiento,
intereses o actividades restringidos y estereotipados. Su curso es crónico, pero con unas
peculiaridades evolutivas propias y fluctuantes en el tiempo conforme avanza el desarrollo.
Se hace una revisión de las investigaciones actuales que tratan de concretar su dispersión
sintomática, su curso y pronóstico. Finalmente, se ofrece una visión descriptiva, a nivel
sintomático, de sus principales manifestaciones. | |
