| dc.description | En este documento se presenta el diseño de un mecanismo de control para un conversor DC-DC reductor, con el cual se logra una conversión eficiente para un sistema fotovoltaico regulado por un método MPPT. Se trabajó con el algoritmo de salto selectivo (Selective Hopping o SH) [2], el cual cuenta con un tiempo de convergencia mas bajo respecto al algoritmo en el que fue basado (Perturb and Observe o P&O). Con este algoritmo implementado y acoplado al conversor DC/DC, se alimentaron unas cargas lumínicas de corriente directa que extraen la máxima potencia de un panel solar. Finalmente, se evaluó el funcionamiento del sistema con el algoritmo MPPT de salto selectivo y se hizo la comparación de su desempeño frente al método MPPT convencional P&O. | |
| dc.description | This document presents the design of a control mechanism for a step-down DCDC converter, which achieves an efficient conversion for a photovoltaic system regulated by an MPPT method. The Selective Hopping algorithm (SH) [2] was used, which has a lower convergence time regarding to the algorithm on which it was based (Perturb and Observe or P&O). With this algorithm implemented and coupled to the DC/DC converter, direct current light loads that extract the maximum power from a solar panel are fed. Finally, the performance of the system was evaluated with the MPPT Selective Hopping algorithm and its performance was compared to the conventional MPPT P&O method. | |
