Abstract

La creciente brecha digital, ignorada por el deslumbramiento hacia la inteligencia artificial, obstaculiza la digitalización ordenada de la justicia. Esta investigación analiza cómo la implementación tecnológica sin planificación genera nuevas barreras para los justiciables. Se analiza que la digitalización y la inteligencia artificial deben ser accesibles para fortalecer la equidad y efectividad del acceso a la justicia, en lugar de convertirse en nuevos obstáculos.

The growing digital divide, often ignored amidst artificial intelligence advancements, hinders the orderly digitalization of justice. This paper analyzes how unplanned technological implementation creates new barriers for those lacking digital resources or skills. It argues that accessible digitalization and AI in the justice system are crucial for strengthening equity and effective access, rather than becoming new obstacles.
