dc.description	This study aimed to establish the correlations between maladaptive cognitive schemas proposed by Jeffrey Young and positive and negative affectivity. Correlational research was conducted on a sample of 400 people. As a result of the investigation, we obtained four maladaptive cognitive schemas predictors of positive affect for women and three for men; and four schemes predictors of negative affectivity for women and two for men.
dc.description	Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo establecer posibles correlaciones entre los esquemas tempranos inadaptados propuestos por Jeffrey Young y la afectividad positiva y negativa. Se realizó una investigación correlacional sobre una muestra de 400 personas donde se obtuvieron como resultado cuatro esquemas tempranos inadaptados predictores de afectividad positiva en mujeres y tres en hombres; y cuatro esquemas predictores de afectividad negativa en mujeres y dos en hombres.
