O coordenador pedagógico na formação continuada baseada na multiplicação por grupos

This research presents a study on continuing teacher education and the role of the pedagogical coordinator. The general objective of the research is to develop and apply a continuing education plan, which encourages teacher protagonism, through the methodology of Multiplication by Groups. The theoretical foundation follows in the direction of the school in the current context, the concept of management, pedagogical coordinator and continuing education. The research was carried out at Colégio Marista Graças, belonging to Rede Marista and located in the municipality of Viamão/RS. 23 teachers from the Final Years of Elementary School and High School at Colégio Marista Graças, to all curricular components, participated in the research. The procedure adopted was the case study, with a mixed approach (quantitative and qualitative). Data were collected through questionnaires and a field diary. Subsequently, they were treated via content analysis and descriptive analysis, respectively. The results indicate that it is possible for the pedagogical coordinator to develop a plan for continuing education that encourages teacher protagonism through the methodology based on Multiplication by Groups. Thus, the research presents as a final product a Guiding Proposal for the Pedagogical Coordinator to carry out the Planning of Continuing Teacher Training based on the Methodology of Multiplication by Groups. This dissertation reinforces the importance of the role of the pedagogical coordinator in the choices and development of continuing education.Bolsa CTIE
