| dc.description | Abstract. This paper aims to look into the current situation of the constitutionality controlin the Republic of Argentina. It is for that purpose that classic hermeneutic canons on thesubject are reviewed, so as to reflect on the changes that have taken place in these positionsas from the end of the last century and beginning of the 21st century.
