La eficacia en las acciones de promociòn de la salud ¿hay evidencia?

Abstract

Los responsables de la salud pública, al igual que los de otros campos de la medicina, necesitan la evidencia para tomar decisiones sobre las políticas de los nuevos sistemas de salud a fin de hacer frente acertadamente a los problemas que van surgiendo. La promoción de la salud no está exenta de esto y a pesar delas dificultades y precocidad en sus intentos ya se ha puesto sobre la mesa la preocupación de obtenerla y cómo hacerlo. ABSTRACTThe people in charge of the public health like those of other fields of the medicine need to have evidence to make decisions on the policies the new systems from health to do in front correctly to the problems that are arising. The promotion of the Health is not free of this and in spite of the difficulties either early in its attempts or has put on the table the preoccupation to abtain it and how to do it.
