<description>Além da pele: o corpo de antes e o que se fabrica a cada dia. Memórias, trama de desejos e práticas de homens trans.
This doctoral thesis intends to comprehend the trans men's experience in the&#13;
process of male body fabrication, overpassed by discourses about masculinity&#13;
and how these bodies are articulated in relationship to their new gender identity.&#13;
This research is inserted in the field of post-structuralism studies, having as an&#13;
analytical mark gender, race and decolonization, based on the Queer Theory and&#13;
the Subaltern Studies. It is a study inserted on the field of social networks website&#13;
uses, having an online approach. Its specific objectives are: understanding the&#13;
uses of internet and social networks as a space for reflection over trans masculinity&#13;
and comprehending how trans men are self-subjectifying at the current political&#13;
moment, which main phenomena overpass them and which effects are produced&#13;
upon them. It is a qualitative research realized through computer networks,&#13;
using the Youtube platform. Six trans men were studied, with age variation&#13;
between 21 and 25 years, Brazilians, from the Northeast, Southeast, South and&#13;
Midwest regions. Four of them define themselves as white and two of them define&#13;
themselves as black. On the video sharing platform, these trans men are creating&#13;
a space for reflection, a place for meetings in which they talk to other trans men&#13;
about matters related to transgenderity and they tell how they are self-subjectifying&#13;
as men, speaking about their masculinities from the narratives they use in&#13;
the weekly posts. The thesis demonstrates that all people fabricate their bodies&#13;
in order to suit a gender, building or rebuilding these bodies, whether equal or&#13;
different from the sex they were designated from birth. It is not, therefore, something&#13;
exclusive to trans people the search for adaptation to a gender. Cis people&#13;
or trans are the result of a production - they are fabricated, created and&#13;
artificial. A fiction, a creation that is made and remade daily, all determined by a&#13;
compulsory system in which we are dipped and drowned without even taking account.; Esta tesis doctoral se propone comprender la experiencia de hombres trans en&#13;
el proceso de fabricación de cuerpos masculinos, atravesados por discursos sobre&#13;
las masculinidades y cómo estos cuerpos se articulan em relación a su nueva&#13;
identidad de género. La investigación se enmarca em el campo de los estudios&#13;
postestructuralistas, teniendo como marco analítico el género, la raza e la descolonización,&#13;
a partir de la teoría queer y los estudios subalternos. Es un estudio&#13;
que se enmarca en el campo del uso de las redes sociales como espacio de&#13;
reflexión sobre la masculinidad trans, y comprender cómo los hombres trans se&#13;
subjetivizan en el momento político actual, cuáles son los principales fenómenos&#13;
que los atraviesan y qué efectos tienen sobre ellos. Se trata de una investigación&#13;
cualitativa realizada por redes informáticas utilizando la plataforma Youtube.&#13;
Fueron estudiados seis hombres trans, con edades entre 21 y 25 años, brasileños,&#13;
de las regiones Nordeste, Sudeste, Sur y Centro-Oeste, cuatro hombres&#13;
que se definen como blancos y dos que se definen como negros. Em la plataforma&#13;
de intercambio de videos, los hombres trans están construyendo un espacio&#13;
de reflexión, un lugar de encuentro donde hablan con otros hombres trans&#13;
sobre temas relacionados con la transgeneridad y cuentan cómo se están subjetivando&#13;
como hombres, hablando de sus masculinidades a partir de las narrativas&#13;
que utilizan em sus publicaciones semanales. La tesis muestra que todas&#13;
las personas fabrican sus cuerpos a la medida de un género, construyendo o&#13;
reconstruyendo estos cuerpos, iguales o diferentes al sexo asignado al nacer.&#13;
Por lo tanto, no es algo exclusivo de las personas trans buscar adaptarse a un&#13;
género, las personas cis o trans son el resultado de una producción, fabricada,&#13;
creada y artificial. Una ficción, una creación que se hace y se rehace a diario,&#13;
todo ello determinado por un sistema forzoso en el que estamos inmersos y hundidos&#13;

In the first decade of the 21st century, clinical legal education has reached global dimensions. This thesis addresses the process of international expansion and local implementation of legal clinics in two distinct scenarios: Brazil and France. Through interviews with professors from clinics of different nationalities, students, and members of non-governmental organizations, as well as through observation and participation in seminars, conferences, and activities related to clinical legal education, and analysis of bibliographic and documentary sources, this research aims to provide an ethnographic understanding of the connections between clinical legal education, innovation, practical-professional training, and the social role of universities in the process of incorporating legal clinics in Brazil and France. In the first part, the thesis describes the theoretical contributions - the political economy of legal knowledge and decolonial thinking - which provide the framework for interpreting the globalization of legal clinics. It identifies, based on the first set of empirical research data, the intellectual, political, and institutional choices that led to the emergence and implementation of legal clinics in both countries. In the second part, we address the aspects that enable or challenge the consolidation and global/local expansion of clinical legal education, based on the analysis of the second set of empirical research data. Establishing and understanding the similarities and differences between the two researched scenarios, Brazil and France, enabled us to: i) identify that the meanings of clinical legal education, central to pedagogical, professional, and social discussions within legal education, also reflect unequal power dynamics in local and global contexts, especially in the categorization of 'innovation' versus 'backwardness'; ii) identify and analyze how the internal and external conditions of the global expansion process of clinical legal education can contribute to fostering reflections and pedagogical proposals aimed at overcoming such asymmetries and 'decompartmentalizing' legal knowledge, guided by dialogue and mutual recognition.

<title>A busca ativa de estudantes (in)visíveis: a palavra dos professores na perspectiva de uma educação inclusiva.</title>

<description>A busca ativa de estudantes (in)visíveis: a palavra dos professores na perspectiva de uma educação inclusiva.
This dissertation is the result of the research we developed in the master’s course in Language Sciences, in the research line Processes of Linguistic Organization and Social Identity to obtain the master's degree. The intention of the work is to analyze the strategies used by basic education teachers in the classroom with the student with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) seeking to understand inclusive education through the expression that considers inclusive linguistics, as a right of all to individuality. Imbued with a systemic look at the various facets of Brazilian education, a heterogeneous education, the teacher and his training, the neuroatypical student, the person with ADHD, considered included in the basic training spaces, represents what we seek to develop. The theoretical basis was based on the works of Barkley, Teixeira; Lagares, Martelotta, Glat, Mazzotta, Mantoan, Figueiredo, among others, having as main pillar the conceptions of Vygotsky on language, learning and participation in the society of people with disabilities who must reflect on the praxis of being a teacher in the presence of inclusive linguistics in the teaching and learning process in an equally inclusive perspective. Gardou, Gnerre and Rohde are also basic to understand the educational process in the same perspective of inclusion and ADHD. As applied methodology, the approach was qualitative, with analysis of the corpus consisting of reports of interviews with semi-structured questions answered by nine (09) high school teachers, in addition to the records of observations of classes taught in an inclusive school in the city of Recife. At the end of this work, we better understand the school and social occurrences that surround the context in which they were described, making it possible to adopt a broad inclusive action, improving the quality of the development of those who participated in this investigation. We also realize that the inclusion process for the student with ADHD still needs an action of all actors for this process to happen in a real and concrete way.

<title>Análise geomecânica de encostas em municípios do agreste pernambucano.</title>
<link>https://hdl.handle.net/20.500.12032/126113</link>
<description>Análise geomecânica de encostas em municípios do agreste pernambucano.
The occurrence of mass movements, which took place in large numbers in 2022, on&#13;
the banks of Highway PE-177, the road linking the municipalities of Quipapá and&#13;
Garanhuns, in the arid zone of Pernambuco, sparked our interest in analyzing the&#13;
geomechanical behavior of these slopes belonging to the Borborema Plateau, with&#13;
the aim of investigating the factors that caused these events. The investigation&#13;
included analyzing the factors according to the literature, as well as collecting&#13;
samples for laboratory tests. The investigation led us to conclude that the rainfall&#13;
recorded in the region in 2022 was more than double the historical average, a factor&#13;
intrinsically linked to the events. Using the Unified Classification System (USCC),&#13;
we found that the two samples are classified as clayey (CH), with high&#13;
compressibility, as they both have LL &gt;50. When they were subjected to the direct&#13;
shear test, the soil decreased as the humidity increased (saturated condition), while&#13;
the friction angle did not change much. The steepness of the slopes contributes&#13;
directly to the occurrence of landslides, because the steeper the slope, the greater&#13;
the increase in density, which reduces cohesion, creating overload and leading to&#13;
rupture. The vegetation on the slopes also contributes to the landslide phenomenon.
