dc.description.abstractThe present work presents the mathematical modeling of a calibrated calorimeter based on the concepts of psychrometry and heat transfer, being this model submitted to tools of performance analysis for its use in the determination of the control system. In a second step and using the necessary techniques, the parameters of the control system are determined based on the mathematical model developed in the software Matlab®, and the simulations with these parameters are presented. In the final phase of this work, a prototype developed based on the calibrated calorimeter model, using the LabVIEW® software as supervisor and PID system bearer, was performed, where the control system tests were performed according to the variables of interest, in which relevant results were obtained according to the tests applied in the calibrated calorimeter prototype.en
