In this thesis research involving children's artistic activity on television, where elaborations about childhood, art and work are produced, we aim to understand or, at least, better clarify, three central questions: how law elaborates its constructs about children and teenagers activity performed on television? How does television build childhood elements from its programs and soap operas? How do child artists understand and react to elaborations produced about the artistic activity they exercise? Own and conceived by legal field destined to TV logics, end up determining changes and adaptations, giving rise to new TV frames emergence. Therefore, frames and framing methodology developed by Dr. Suzana Kilpp (2003) and Foucault's archeology (2017) served as a support for our observables investigation. The corpus investigated, from the epistemological instruments provided by the methodologies and directed by the research problems, were composed by the court ruling that dealt with minors role in SBT children's programs presentation; by children's programs and soap operas and their children's aesthetic construction, shown by Silvio Santos' broadcaster and by Rede Globo, and finally, child artists career and their positions regarding the artistic activity they perform. Conducting this investigation will allow us to have a more enlightened view of TV, its ethicities, with the establishment of their own worlds and demarcated territories, in which childhood and artistic activity make up such agenda; it will also enable the vision of legal constructs and their crossings in other fields, affecting television and children who carry out their activities on TV; and, finally, the capacity for reaction, manifestation and positioning of the artists who find themselves affected by the disputes of meaning produced by the activity they develop.en
