This article aims to present the development of a restaurant robot. The purpose of the project is to combine concepts of Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Raspberry and Arduino family boards and sensors. The survey of related works also identified the need to use mechanical structure with attractive and functional design. As Disruptive Innovation pervades several sectors, there is a gap in the issue of automation solutions that address the market for smaller enterprises or micro enterprises. Thus, this article shows details of how the robot was modeled and enabling technologies for its development. Also, pathway tests and evaluation of robot sensors are encouraging and show the technical feasibility of the work developed.en
