This dissertation was developed in the line of research Educational Policies, Systems and Organizations, and focuses on a component of the National Policy of Social Assistance (PNAS), in the scope of the Single System of Social Assistance (SUAS): Service of Conviviality and Strengthening of Bonds and the Coordination of the CRAS II - Passagem, located in the city of Tubarão/SC. A case study was conducted, involving educators and other professionals who work with socio-educational groups of children and adolescents who are between 6 and 15 years old. An exploratory research with qualitative approach was undertaken, by means of semi-structured interviews and documentary analysis, aiming to analyze the interfaces between SocioPedagogical Management, Social Pedagogy, and education for the CRAS II's social educators. The inspiring theoreticians of this study include Pestalozzi and Érico R. Machado on the discussions about Social Pedagogy, Heloísa Lück on the reflections on Educational Management, and Aldaísa Sposati on the studies on Social Assistance. To develop this research allowed to bring together the fields of Social Pedagogy and the socio-assistance environment of the PNAS, based on the SUAS Guidelines. To analyze the principles regarding management, social management and Social Pedagogy resulted in the composition of a triad to conceptualize a “Socio-Pedagogical Management” and thus to understand the contribution of this area for educators in the CRAS's multidisciplinary environment. The results showed the importance of continuous education for professionals of the SCFV and subsidized, as an interventive process, the elaboration of a qualification proposal directed to the CRAS II's social educators, in order to prepare them to deal with the risk and social-vulnerability situations by means of Social Education in the context of Social Assistance.en
