This research deals with the barriers people with disabilities have to face to overcome difficulties that living in a society brings about, though according to data from Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE, 2010), these persons represent 23,9% of the Brazilian population. One of such shortcomings concerning their inclusion in society relates to their participation in events. If this exclusion represents the ways their experiences are projected (HOLMES, 2018) and if it is assumed that Strategic Design aims at developing solutions to such complex problems, the present study has been developed to propose, from the point of view of Strategic Design, premises for the construction of more inclusive processes of designing events. Therefore, this research has encompassed a case study on the projectation of two events that include in their experiences people with disabilities: Rock in Rio and Festival Social Good Brasil. Data gathering about these two events included documental research, direct observation, and semistructured interviews with both users, team members and external collaborators. Data were then analysed based on three techniques: 1. Content Analysis; 2. Service Blueprint; and 3. Affinity Diagram. The application of such techniques seemed relevant to the identification of factors that appeared to guide the practice of activities under a more inclusive perspective. Afterward, it was possible to establish an interface between practice and theory of inclusive design and Strategic Design, which, then, resulted in the proposal of nine premises that may contribute to the construction of more inclusive processes of designing events.en
