dc.description.abstractIn the globalized world in which we live, the advent of change in the market causes impacts in all scenarios. In this context of change, Corporate Education emerges as an articulator in the process of developing the competencies of professionals, aligning itself with the organization's business strategies for knowledge creation. The actions, practices and educational activities developed in the organizational context are called Corporate Education System (SEC), which can have different configurations and stages of evolution. It is in this context that the main problem of this work arises: in which of the stages of evolution of the Corporate Education System does the greatest contribution contribute to the development of competences and to the learning of the different actors in the organizational context? From the main problem, the general objective of the research arises: to carry out a diagnosis of the maturity of the Corporate Education System in the current context and to propose the adoption of a model of SEC, among the existing constructs - stages of evolution - development of competences and for the learning of the various actors of an Information Technology company. Regarding the methodology, it is a descriptive research that is classified as qualitative, whose method of procedure is characterized as a case study. With this, the research identified the stage of maturity of the Corporate Education System of a real organization. From the realized diagnosis, it was noticed that the organization researched, is in the first evolutionary stage, Department of Training, in the level of maturity 3 - in progress. Thus, it was possible to analyze the evolutionary stages in the perspective of development of competences and learning construction in the organizational context of the company object of this study. It is concluded that, in all the evolutionary stages of the SEC, contributions are identified for the development of competences and for the construction of learning to the organization. More specifically, by studying the evolutionary stages of the SEC, greater subsidies were found in the fourth stage - Corporate University - to address the research problem. In view of this, guidelines were proposed for the Corporate University model to be developed in this company.en
