This dissertation presents a study on curricular issues in the present time, seeking to investigate possible paths for the constitution of multireferential curricula. The main objective of this research is to identify and analyze, in the light of Contemporaneity and the elements that compose it, presuppositions for the constitution of curricula capable of contemplating various perspectives of reality, considering the ambivalences, pluralities, heterogeneities and subjectivities present in pedagogical practices. Having as main theoretical contribution Jacques Ardoino's Multireferentiality, a bricolage of studies and theories of researchers was elaborated that contributed to map the necessary assumptions in the constitution of these curricula, conceived as spaces in which identities are constituted from the relations of knowledge / power. The methodology used in the study was the bibliographical research. The first part of the research presents an overview of the professional itineraries of the researcher. In the second part, we detail the whole methodological procedure for the selection of authors and works that contributed to the final proposition. In the methodological path, studies of Antônio Flávio Moreira, Alfredo Veiga-Neto, Nilda Alves et al, Roberto Sidnei Macedo, Tomaz Tadeu da Silva, as well as Jaques Ardoino and Education were identified as empirical references. In the third, multireferentiality is developed. The fourth part addresses curriculum issues. In the fifth part, data analysis is developed through a bricolage of the empirical references, mapping the assumptions necessary for the constitution of multireferential curricula. Thus, the findings of this research show six categories of analysis, here called assumptions for the constitution of multireferential curricula. The first category deals with the historicity of curricula. The second addresses the design of curricula as self-organizing and eco-organized open systems. In this category, the importance of curricula as networks of knowledge that explore, as potential elements, inter and transdisciplinarity is still identified. The third category deals with curricula as experience times / spaces. The fourth proposes the reorganization of teaching / learning times / spaces, unfolding in the conception of curricula as fetishes, which value hybrid times / spaces. The fifth category evidences the uncontested condition of multiculturalism in the constitution of these educational artifacts. And the sixth proposes curricula implied in transformation and social emancipation. These categories are considered fundamental to think of curricula connected with cultural issues of the present time.en
