Diretrizes gerais para implantação de Universidade Corporativa na Rede IENS - BRASIL

Abstract

This work has as central objective propose Directional Guidelines for a Corporate University of a School Net present in different states of Brazil. The study adopted the qualitative and explorative approach, in which the field-research was done with four different organizations that already developed as stragedy, the Corporate University. Through the field-research, it was possible to realize important aspects related to the process of implementation of a Corporate University. Besides this, it was possible to establish relationships with the reality of the network of Education of the School Sisters of Notre Dame (SSNDs); therefore, indicating the importance of the implementation, the challenges, and the stages to be considered at the realization of the desired Project.
