dc.description.abstractThis article aims to identify the formative actions existing in the activities carried out by the Show Musical Anchieta, which is an artistic and cultural group of Colégio Anchieta. In addition, to analyze the perceptions that different educators have of the formative actions. For that, a theoretical revision was made about the concept of Integral Training. The question that guided this research was: how educators perceive the group Show Musical Anchieta and its relations with the Integral Formation. The research of qualitative character counted on the accomplishment of semistructured interviews with two educators who are part of the group. From the analysis of the interviews, it was highlighted the perception of the people who participated in the Anchieta Musical Show and presented the group's organization.en
