| dc.description.abstract | The present paper deals with the Project Plan for the implementation of an Enterprise Service Center in a City Hall of the Rio Grande do Sul State. The project goal is to create an exclusive entrepreneur service in order to unify, define and streamline the licensing process including the opening and closing of companies. The outcome of this project will be answers to the current situation of the municipality that doesn't offer an exclusive service, having further losses in the legal environment for businesses. As a result, the project will provide increase municipal revenues, the growth of the local economy, and improvement of the institutional image of City Hall as well as the service of the Federal Law 123/06. This work has been structured in accordance with the best practices in Project Management and in accordance with PMBOK Guide. | en |
