| dc.description.abstract | The paper that follows has as the main objective of implementing Balanced Scorecard in the organization under study, using agile methods for software development. With the constant delivery of software and rapid customer feedback, the organization has a set of
planning their actions in a short space of time. Therefore, it is important that all actions are aligned with organizational objectives. At this, it made a detailed study on BSC and agile methods in Chapter 2. The following chapter presents the methodology and organization of the paper. Finally, the organization´s strategic map and indicators are created for each strategic goal, according to the BSC perspectives. All indicators raised will be fed and viewed through a pane of pilotage, becoming available to everyone in the organization, thereby improving the alignment between the actions of employees. | es |
