dc.description.abstractGiven the complexity of hospital business processes and the need for interaction among various departments, it is difficult to execute successfully projects without robust methodologies and tools. This paper develops the analysis of the hospital's business scenario, studying the processes involving projects among departments. A qualitative research was performed, based on which it was collected important information about the interdepartmental projects. The analysis of the survey was supported by BPMN diagrams through which it was possible to analyze the scenario, identify gaps and propose improvements in the organization.en
